One of my garage door springs broke on a Saturday, and I was worried I’d be stuck all weekend. I called Doorgi, and to my surprise, they were able to come out to Castro Valley the very next day - on a Sunday! Roman arrived as we agreed, was incredibly professional, and had the springs replaced quickly. He explained everything clearly and made sure the door was running smoothly before he left. Pricing was very reasonable too. It’s rare to find companies that offer this level of responsiveness and quality service.

I had a spring break on my garage door and contracted with Doorgi Garage Doors for the repair. They surpassed all my expectations. The amount charged was exactly what was estimated. They didn't try to sell me any extra services. In fact, they performed services that I didn't expect such as lubricating the moving parts, doing a general inspection of my garage door, and giving me tips on how to better maintain my garage door. They weighed my garage door so that they could give exactly the replacement springs that my garage door needed. When I need to replace the ailing 30 year old motor on my garage door opener, I will be calling Doorgi Garage Doors.

I submitted a quote online and got a call from Doorgi within 10 minutes on a Sunday. I spoke to Roman and explained that I needed to install two motors on two different properties. We scheduled a few days later for Friday. When I arrived at the properties, I saw a van parked outside with a corgi on it! And I couldn't stop going bananas!
