One of my rental properties had an old garage door that was manual and made of wood! We had it changed to a new garage door with a touch pad and Alina the project manager was kind to help me program several fobs so my tenants and I would have no problem opening the garage rain or shine! They were quick and professional! They have many different price ranges depending on what you get but I choose a more luxurious model which in my opinion is always worth it, when doing home renovations.
