🛠️Repairs

We believe in doing things right the first time. That’s why all repairs come with the following warranties:

  • General Repairs1-year unconditional warranty on both parts and labor.

  • Torsion & Extension Springs3-year warranty on both parts and labor.

  • If the issue we repaired breaks again within the warranty period, we’ll fix it 100% free — no charge for parts, labor, or service call.

⚙️ Customer-Provided Motors

If you provide your own opener or motor, we’ll still back our work:

  • Labor Warranty – 1 year on installation

  • Note: We do not warranty parts or devices not provided by us.

🛠️ LiftMaster Garage Door Openers

As an authorized LiftMaster reseller and installer, we proudly offer professional installation and full support for LiftMaster openers.

🔄 Manufacturer Warranty (Typical for LiftMaster models):

  • Motor – Lifetime (on select models)

  • Parts – 1 to 5 years, depending on model

  • Accessories (Remotes, Sensors) – 1 to 5 years, depending on model

🔧 Our Labor Warranty:

  • Labor on Installation – 1 Year

  • If there’s a malfunction due to our installation, we’ll fix it at no charge during the first year.

  • Issues related to product defects will be covered under LiftMaster’s warranty—we’ll help you process the claim.

We proudly install high-quality doors with strong warranty coverage from both the manufacturer and our own labor team.

✅ Manufacturer Warranties (C.H.I. Doors):

  • Door Panels – Lifetime Warranty (from C.H.I.)

  • Hardware – 6 Years (from C.H.I.)

  • Springs – 3 Years (from C.H.I.)

🔧 Our Labor Warranty:

  • Installation Labor – 3 Years from date of installation

  • If something goes wrong due to our work, we’ll fix it promptly at no cost to you.

We love our customers and enjoy being helpful, but please note:
If we notice repeated service calls for unrelated, preventable, or non-existent issues, we reserve the right to charge a standard service call fee per visit.
